14 accused of disrespect to national anthem in J&K

J&K police denied reports Thursday that these people have been arrested. They were “bound down under sections 107 and 151 of CrPC”, an official statement said. Bound down means “issuance of warrant”, or placed under legal restraint — which according to sources forced “anticipatory bonds” from the accused.
