Court allows couple to take baby to Australia

Coming to the rescue of an Indian couple based in Australia who were forced to knock on its doors after their surrogate did not cooperate when they sought her no-objection to take their son to that country, a civil court has declared them biological parents of the now two-and-half-year-old boy.
