HC judge refers hijab pleas to CJ, full bench hearing today

A full bench of the Karnataka high court will hear on Thursday the batch of petitions challenging the state government's ban on hijab in schools and colleges, based on a request by a single-judge bench that felt the "enormity" of the "constitutional questions" being raised deserved a larger judicial view.
